The objective of this task area is to support Biomedical Research, Health Sciences and Healthcare by performing studies and analyses, and providing operational, technical, and maintenance services for the systems, subsystems, and equipment, some of which interface with, and are extensions to, information systems throughout the federal government. The objective of this task area addresses systems and services that support the collection, storage, and retrieval of digital images. Digital images can include scanned documents, medical images, geographical information systems, video, and photographs. The objective of this task area is to support the operation and maintenance of IT systems, keeping IT systems viable with supported vendor releases or off-the-shelf applications software upgrades. Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners 3 Small Business - CIO-SP3 SB

Ekagra is a prime contractor on this 10 year GWAC IDIQ in the small business category. This contract was awarded in July 2012. This vehicle is available to any federal government customer to procure Information Technology services, solutions and products.

The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) is a indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract managed by the National Information Technology Acquisitions and Assessment Center (NITAAC) under the National Institutes of Health (NIH). This contract is designed to support procurement of broad range of information technology (IT) services for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and all other federal agencies. The contract covers specific IT services for regulatory, healthcare and biomedical research areas as well as general IT services. The focus of this contract is to simplify IT solutions and services procurement for government agencies and provide well qualified and vetted small business vendors that can provide superior services at equitable and reasonable prices.
